The arrangement of power to the battery units and its flywheel by Flatbelt and an intermediate drum pulley which is driven by an electric motor. This arrangement avoids slippage of belt due to its larger contact area, provided by the intermediate pulley, instead of direct shaft of motor. machine start-up and also during power fluctuations. On request, an optional hydraulic fluid coupling starter can be provided as shown in the picture.

The main function of the control panel is to control operation of the machine and it is situated away from the Gang Saw Machine. The machine is provided with all necessary automatic emergency and safety devices against any malfunction operation.

To avoid continuous mechanical jerks, the machine comprises of four Columns made up of powerfully welded and stabilised steel, connected to Cross Platforms.

As the movement is vertical and lies between the Four Pillars. Four strong lead screws govern its upward and downward movements. They are duly rotated by specially designed heavy-duty gearboxes, which are perfectly welded to the pillars.
The Lead Nut in the enclosed gearbox is made up of a special alloy to provide a smooth elevational movement to the Block Trolley Lifting Platform in either direction. The transmission to these Four Gearboxes is provided by a chain and shaft arrangement, which is duly coupled to the electrical motors.
Sensors are provided to stop the machine in case of damage to the lead nuts, lead screws or any chain breakage. This will eliminate deviation in the platform level. All transmissional arrangements and components are duly protected from dirt, dust, water etc. The upward and downward movement of the Block Trolley Lifting Platform is also guided by hard chrome plated slideways two prismatic (to eliminate any deviation in the movement of lifting platform from its vertical axis). A coat of hard chrome plating avoids rust formation and allows smooth movement.

A flywheel in the centre and two roller bearings on either side mounts this shaft. The Eccentric Shaft is mounted on either ends of the main shaft, which in turn is connected to the Connecting Rods.

The Blade Rack Frame is made up of thick structural steel duly annealed for stress relieving. The frame plates are restrengthened to compensate any deviation in alignment on account of adding more blades to cut slabs up to 16 mm in thickness.
The main technical design behind its high performance is the Four Articulated Rectilinear Arms, which support the Blade Rack Frame.

Two Connecting Rods provide movement to the Blade Rack Frame. These rods are perfectly aligned with its fulcrum, eliminating transversal
I movement of the frame, and providing no room for rectilinear deviations. The main purpose of
these rods is to provide a perfect rectilinear motion on the same axis even when the blades are subjected to sawing on one side due to the variation in the height and size of blocks. The thrust of the energy and mechanical jerks to the Blade Rack Frame gets equally distributed on both the Connecting Rods instead of one. This avoids deviation in the rectilinear motion and in the path of its axis. This perfect horizontal motion arrangement of blade rack frame and two connecting rods minimises stress on joints and components both on machine and stone, making the running of the machine
